On a warm June afternoon Ysabella & I hiked up a steep, slightly challenging hill to our shooting location at Chocolate Horse Farm. I assured her on the way up it would be well worth the hike. Ysabella had a suitcase in hand and I had my photography equipment as well as some select accessories to style the shoot which didn’t make the trek any easier. When we reached the top we were surrounded in the natural beauty of this sacred spot. The buckeye trees were in bloom scenting the area with what smells like sweet orange blossom. The recently dried tall grasses still in pristine condition and the sunlight streamed through the moss covered oak trees. The owner of the property once told me that the Indians used this spot as a lookout as it was the highest spot in the area.
Ysabella has AMAZING taste in clothes and knows how to put her outfits together perfectly. This talented and beautiful young lady has already been accepted to FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) after she graduates next summer!
